These courses are aimed at consultants new to recruitment or those with up to 18 months experience.
Our 101 series is all about giving consultants a thorough grasp of the world class basics needed to be successful in their roles. These courses are also beneficial as a back to basics refresher for more experienced consultants.
New starter courses >
Our experienced courses are for consultants who have 18 months plus experience and want take to their desk/career to the next level. We also have a number of specialised courses within this category for those consultants who have mastered the basics and are looking to improve their skills even further.
These courses are also beneficial to manager and leaders who are looking for training on specialist subjects but also as a refresher and/or so they can support the impact of learning back at the desk.
Experienced courses >
The courses in this category are for new managers and leaders with no previous formal leadership training; recruiters planning to take up their first supervisory, team leader, management or mentoring role or managers who would like some time to reflect on their role and learn some new/refresh techniques to make them more effective. We also have a number of specialist masterclasses to enable you to continuously develop not only as a leader but as a recruiter. Our masterclasses are also great for your high performers as well as your more experienced consultants.
