Passing the baton


Whilst the individual is gaining their new skills, the trainer shares with them the responsibility of learning.  Once they return to the business we hand the 'baton of shared responsibility' to their line manager, but our job doesn’t stop there!   A personal feedback call from the trainer to the line manager followed by our on-going, limitless telephone advice to both, helps maximise on their new skills and knowledge and facilitates effective implementation.  Every time they move into the training environment and back, the 'baton of shared responsibility'  is passed between the trainer and manager.
