Following on from the success of the first residency this summer, Lander Associates is delighted to be joined by Chris Matchan as the new Guest Executive Coach and Trainer in Residence for the autumn / winter.
With a distinguished career spanning HR and consultancy around the globe, Chris will add a dimension of expertise to the Lander senior team. He has a particular interest in employee engagement and is a Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Management College, in the School of HR, Change and Leadership.
