Lander to take stage at APSCo

Posted: Wed 30 Sep 2009

Recruitment training and performance development specialist, Lander Associates, will be represented at the APSCo Members’ Conference for the third year running. Lander’s principal leadership trainer, Gilly Franklin, will be presenting on ‘Smart Leadership’ at the 2009 conference, which will be held in London on 7th October.

How do we adapt and become ‘smart leaders’ in such tough economic conditions? And how can strong leadership ensure that your organisation stays positive and upbeat? These are some of the issues that Gilly aims to cover. With over twenty years recruitment experience and a MA in Human Resource Management, she is sure to share some insightful answers to these questions.

“As an organisation, Lander Associates has spoken on the APSCo Conference management track for the past two years and we’re looking forward to addressing what is a key issue for recruitment leadership in 2010.” explains Gilly. “The current climate demands clever leadership to ensure companies can keep hold of their valued talent.”

This very popular event for APSCo members is aimed at sales managers, directors and consultants in the professional recruitment sector and is entitled “the strong take business from the weak, the smart take business from the strong.”
