You may have heard from the press quoting that Train to Gain funding has run out. We checked with our contacts at LSC and currently this does not affect the Leadership and Management fund which is still available (although we don’t know for how long!) for leadership development. We first sent this fact sheet out in June, exclusively to our partner clients. Many of them have already taken advantage of this to supplement their training with us and extend their management development programmes e.g. management and exec coaching. We have thoroughly researched, not only a step by step process but specifically, who to call in your area to quickly get the ball rolling.
