New Guest Executive Consultant in residence

Alan Dickinson has joined the team of recruitment training and performance development specialists Lander Associates as Guest Executive Consultant in residence for the summer.

With almost 30 years of experience within the recruitment sector, Alan brings his wealth of expertise to offer consultancy services to a wide range of recruitment businesses. Previously Managing Director of Michael Page, Alan has been involved with many different businesses over the last decade including jobsfinancial.com and Executive Connections, where he led a merger with Hitchenor Maher to form ECHM followed by ECHM’s disposal to Imprint. He is also Non Executive Director / Chairman of a small portfolio of businesses.
“After the success of our previous guest residents we’re delighted to welcome Alan to the Lander Associates team” says Managing Director Fiona Lander. “His vast experience of working with recruitment businesses means he’ll be able to offer clients sound advice and really valuable guidance that is key in this ever changing market.”
