With an already impressive European client portfolio, the recruitment training and performance development specialist Lander Associates has won more business on the continent and will soon be delivering a training programme for a specialist recruiter in Italy.
Isati, the aeronautical and telecommunications consultancy, is based in Milan and has enlisted the expertise of Lander Associates to deliver a ‘business development for recruitment’ programme. After a successful past partnership, the Lander training team will return to the Italian recruiter to train its consultants in techniques such as sales, qualifying vacancies and negotiation.
“As our office language is English and sales training in the UK is a lot more advanced than in Italy, we were keen to invest in training from Britain” says Amapola Fairtlough, Director at Isati. “Our past experience with Lander Associates was very successful – consultants’ skills improved significantly and this was reflected in a great improvement in sales. We hope to replicate this success and look forward to working with Lander again.”
