Unique new partnership formed

Lander Associates has formed a strategic alliance with performance management software company Saber. Lander Associates, the training and performance development specialists will be working alongside Saber, to help users get the best from the system; concentrating on soft skills and performance management.

 

Saber software gives immediate real time trends and statistics about employee performance, saving management time and allowing managers to monitor performance efficiently and review it against their business objectives. Lander are working with their clients that use Saber as well as delivering workshops to existing and potential Saber clients. This aims to help them identify what aspects of performance to measure and get the best out of the software by linking it to their existing performance management processes.
